Marokkaanse Wetboek van Burgerlijke Procedure<\/h2><p>L'<strong>Artikel 430 van het Wetboek van Burgerlijke Procedure<\/strong> Hierin staat dat: \"Rechterlijke uitspraken van buitenlandse rechtbanken zijn in Marokko alleen uitvoerbaar nadat zij door de rechtbank van eerste aanleg van de woonplaats of verblijfplaats van de gedaagde, of bij gebrek daaraan, van de plaats waar de tenuitvoerlegging moet plaatsvinden, exequatur zijn verleend.\"<\/p><p>Deze bepaling stelt de rechtbank van eerste aanleg aan als de enige bevoegde instantie voor de behandeling van aanvragen voor<strong>exequatur in Marokko<\/strong>De rechter die de tenuitvoerlegging beveelt, beperkt zijn of haar tussenkomst tot het controleren van de rechtmatigheid van de beslissing, zonder de mogelijkheid om de inhoud van de zaak te beoordelen. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/avocatmarocain.com\/mouta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"3058\">Marokkaanse rechtsgeleerdheid<\/a><\/strong> Hierin wordt gespecificeerd dat deze procedure tot doel heeft de bevoegdheid van de buitenlandse rechtbank te verifi\u00ebren, de rechtmatigheid van de gevolgde procedure te controleren en vast te stellen of er sprake is van enige vorm van fraude jegens de rechten van de gedaagde.<\/p><h2>Specifieke procedure voor echtscheidingsvonnissen en persoonlijke status<\/h2><p>L'<strong>Artikel 128 van het Familierecht<\/strong> (Moudawana) stipule que les jugements de <a href=\"https:\/\/avocatmarocain.com\/faq-droit-de-la-famille-au-maroc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" voorwaarden en een dwingend respect voor de Marokkaanse openbare orde.<\/h2><p>Het handhaven van de openbare orde wordt in de rechtspraak gedefinieerd als het respecteren van de grondwettelijke en
