L\u2019enfant ne peut \u00eatre contraint de quitter le domicile conjugal qu\u2019apr\u00e8s l\u2019ex\u00e9cution du jugement relatif \u00e0 son logement.\u00a0<\/p><h3><strong>\u00a0Schooling\u00a0 <\/strong><\/h3><p>Children's education is explicitly included in maintenance (Art. 189). Registration fees, supplies, and ordinary school expenses are therefore taken into account, provided they correspond to the child's previous standard of living. In the event of divorce, Article 85 specifies that pension rights are based on living conditions and educational status prior to the separation, in order to avoid a sudden disruption of living standards.\u00a0<\/p><h3><strong>\u00a0Wife's pension\u00a0 <\/strong><\/h3><p>The rules governing a wife's alimony differ from those concerning children. The husband must provide for his wife's maintenance from the moment the marriage is consummated, and this right remains even if the marriage is consummated after the marriage contract is executed. In the event of divorce, the wife may receive alimony during the waiting period (the period of mourning), the remainder of which is then paid to her husband. <strong>charity<\/strong> and, where applicable, housing costs. The judge examines salaries, rental income, professional resources, and, more broadly, indicators of the actual standard of living. Thus, a debtor who declares little income but maintains a high standard of living cannot evade their obligations.\u00a0<\/p><h3><strong>\u00a0Creditor's needs\u00a0 <\/strong><\/h3><p>Le cr\u00e9ancier peut \u00eatre l\u2019\u00e9pouse, l\u2019enfant ou, dans certains cas, les parents.
