auf<strong>Exequatur in Marokko<\/strong>Der Richter, der die Vollstreckung anordnet, beschr\u00e4nkt seine Intervention auf die \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung der Rechtm\u00e4\u00dfigkeit der Entscheidung, zwingende Achtung der marokkanischen \u00f6ffentlichen Ordnung<\/h2><p>Die Einhaltung der \u00f6ffentlichen Ordnung wird in der Rechtsprechung als Achtung der verfassungsrechtlichen und religi\u00f6sen Grunds\u00e4tze des K\u00f6nigreichs definiert.<strong>Exequatur in Marokko<\/strong> wird abgelehnt, wenn die ausl\u00e4ndische Entscheidung gegen diese Grundprinzipien Formalit\u00e4ten und f\u00fcr den Antrag erforderliche Dokumente<\/h2><p>L\u2019<strong>Artikel 431 der Zivilprozessordnung<\/strong> verlangt vom Antragsteller, seiner Bewerbung beizuf\u00fcgen<strong>Exequatur Marokko<\/strong> die folgenden Teile:<\/p><ul><li>Eine beglaubigte Abschrift des ausl\u00e4ndischen Gerichtsbeschlusses.<\/li><li>Das Original der Benachrichtigung oder ein gleichwertiges Dokument.<\/li><li>Eine Bescheinigung des Registers, aus der hervorgeht, dass gegen die Entscheidung kein Widerspruch, keine Berufung und kein Antrag auf \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung vorliegt (Bescheinigung \u00fcber die Nichtanfechtbarkeit).<\/li><li>Eine <strong>traduction asserment\u00e9e<\/strong> Die vollst\u00e4ndige arabische Fassung der oben genannten
