Angesichts der sich wandelnden sozio\u00f6konomischen Realit\u00e4ten hat der Gesetzgeber Folgendes festgelegt: <strong>Gesetz Nr. 70.24<\/strong> zur Modernisierung des Systems von 1984. Dieser Leitfaden analysiert die wesentlichen Neuerungen, von erh\u00f6hten Verg\u00fctungen bis hin zu vereinfachten Verfahren, um dies zu erm\u00f6glichen. <a href=\"https:\/\/avocatmarocain.com\/cheque-au-maroc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"2839\">Prozessparteien, um ihre Rechte zu sichern<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Der \u00fcberarbeitete Rechtsrahmen f\u00fcr Entsch\u00e4digungen in Marokko<\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019<strong>Artikel 1 des Gesetzes Nr. 70.24<\/strong> Sie legt fest, dass fr\u00fchere gesetzliche Bestimmungen durch ein System ersetzt werden, das Opfern von Verkehrsunf\u00e4llen einen besseren Schutz bietet. Diese Reform ist eine Fortsetzung der <strong>Dahir Nr. 1.84.177 vom 2. Bislang hatten bestimmte Opfergruppen ohne festes Einkommen Schwierigkeiten, ihre wirtschaftlichen Sch\u00e4den geltend zu machen.<\/p>\n<p>Von nun an gilt Folgendes:<strong>Entsch\u00e4digung f\u00fcr Opfer von Verkehrsunf\u00e4llen<\/strong> explizit beinhaltet:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>DER <strong>Studenten<\/strong> der h\u00f6heren Bildung.<\/li>\n<li>DER <strong>Praktikanten<\/strong> in der Berufsausbildung.<\/li>\n<li>DER <strong>unterhaltsberechtigte Ehepartner<\/strong> oder nicht in der Lage sind, f\u00fcr ihre Bed\u00fcrfnisse zu sorgen.<\/li>\n<li>DER <strong>abh\u00e4ngige Kinder<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Diese Bestimmung stellt sicher, dass das Fehlen eines Gehalts zum Zeitpunkt des Unfalls kein Hindernis mehr f\u00fcr den Erhalt einer angemessenen Entsch\u00e4digung darstellt, die auf einem Potenzial f\u00fcr zuk\u00fcnftige Eink\u00fcnfte oder einer anerkannten Abh\u00e4ngigkeitssituation beruht.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-4864 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/avocatmarocain.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Indemnisation-Accident-Route-Maroc-.webp\" alt=\"Entsch\u00e4digung bei Verkehrsunf\u00e4llen in Marokko\" width=\"1536\" height=\"1024\" srcset=\"https:\/\/avocatmarocain.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Indemnisation-Accident-Route-Maroc-.webp 1536w, https:\/\/avocatmarocain.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Indemnisation-Accident-Route-Maroc--300x200.webp 300w, https:\/\/avocatmarocain.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Indemnisation-Accident-Route-Maroc--1024x683.webp 1024w, https:\/\/avocatmarocain.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Indemnisation-Accident-Route-Maroc--768x512.webp 768w, https:\/\/avocatmarocain.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Indemnisation-Accident-Route-Maroc--18x12.webp 18w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1536px) 100vw, 1536px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Harmonisierung der Verj\u00e4hrungsfrist auf 5 Jahre<\/h2>\n<p>Einer der wichtigsten Beitr\u00e4ge der Reform betrifft die Rechtssicherheit im Laufe der Zeit. <a href=\"https:\/\/avocatmarocain.com\/avocat-en-droit-administratif-marrakech\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"2844\">Kabinett Anouide betont die Komplexit\u00e4t<\/a> Fr\u00fchere Verz\u00f6gerungen haben oft den Interessen der Opfer geschadet.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019<strong>Artikel 34 der Reform<\/strong> harmonisiert die Verj\u00e4hrungsfrist auf <strong>f\u00fcnf Jahre<\/strong> f\u00fcr folgende Situationen:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Die urspr\u00fcngliche Anfrage f\u00fcr<strong>Entsch\u00e4digung f\u00fcr Opfer von Verkehrsunf\u00e4llen<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Die zu pr\u00fcfende Ma\u00dfnahme <strong>Verschlimmerung des Schadens<\/strong> k\u00f6rperlich.<\/li>\n<li>die Angebote in Frage stellen <strong>Einvernehmliche Transaktion<\/strong> angeboten von Versicherungsgesellschaften.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Diese Verz\u00f6gerung von <strong>5 Jahre<\/strong> ersetzt die bisherigen k\u00fcrzeren Fristen (oft 3 Jahre) und bietet den Opfern somit mehr Spielraum, ihren Gesundheitszustand zu stabilisieren, bevor ihr Fall endg\u00fcltig abgeschlossen wird.<\/p>\n<h2>Einkommensnachweis f\u00fcr den informellen Sektor<\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019<strong>Entsch\u00e4digung f\u00fcr Opfer von Verkehrsunf\u00e4llen<\/strong> Die Situation von Besch\u00e4ftigten im informellen Sektor wurde pr\u00e4zisiert. Der Gesetzgeber legt nun flexiblere, aber dennoch geregelte Kriterien f\u00fcr den Nachweis tats\u00e4chlicher Erwerbseink\u00fcnfte fest.<\/p>\n<p>Liegt keine Gehaltsabrechnung vor, kann das Opfer andere Belege (Rechnungen, eidesstattliche Erkl\u00e4rungen, Kontoausz\u00fcge) vorlegen, die eine Sch\u00e4tzung seines durchschnittlichen Einkommens erm\u00f6glichen.
