Im Falle einer Einigung wird der Antrag beim Gericht eingereicht, das nach einem erfolglosen Schlichtungsversuch die Beurkundung durch zwei Adouls genehmigt.<\/p><h3>Scheidung wegen un\u00fcberbr\u00fcckbarer Zerw\u00fcrfnisse (Chiqaq)<\/h3><p>Das Verfahren wegen Zerw\u00fcrfnis (Chiqaq) wird eingeleitet, wenn einer oder beide Ehegatten das Gericht anrufen, um einen tiefgreifenden Streit beizulegen, der zum endg\u00fcltigen Scheitern der Ehe f\u00fchren k\u00f6nnte. Das Gericht bestellt zwei Schiedsrichter oder den Familienrat f\u00fcr einen Mediationsversuch; bei anhaltendem Scheitern wird die Scheidung innerhalb von maximal sechs Monaten ausgesprochen, wobei der Richter \u00fcber die f\u00e4lligen finanziellen Anspr\u00fcche entscheidet.<\/p><h3>Gerichtliche Scheidung wegen H\u00e4rtefall\/Sch\u00e4digung (Tatliq)<\/h3><p>Die gerichtliche Scheidung kann von der Ehefrau einseitig aus bestimmten Gr\u00fcnden beantragt werden, wie z. B. Verletzung der Bedingungen des Ehevertrags, Gewalt, unterlassener Unterhalt, l\u00e4ngere Abwesenheit des Ehemanns oder ein unbehebbarer Mangel. W\u00e4hrend ihrer Wartezeit, die in der Regel drei Menstruationszyklen oder drei Monate dauert, muss sie in der ehelichen Wohnung wohnen k\u00f6nnen oder eine angemessene Wohnungsentsch\u00e4digung erhalten.<\/p><h3>Kindesunterhalt (Nafaqa)<\/h3><p>Der Vater ist verpflichtet, f\u00fcr den Unterhalt seiner Kinder bis zur Vollj\u00e4hrigkeit aufzukommen, oder bis zum 25. Lebensjahr, wenn sie ein Hochschulstudium absolvieren.
