Elektronische \u00dcberwachung (Das Armband)<\/h3><p>Die mit Spannung erwartete elektronische \u00dcberwachung erm\u00f6glicht es dem Verurteilten, seine Strafe zu Hause oder an einem festgelegten Ort abzusitzen und dabei aus der Ferne \u00fcberwacht zu werden.<\/p><ul><li><strong>Technologie:<\/strong> Verwendung eines am Handgelenk oder Kn\u00f6chel befestigten Geolokalisierungsger\u00e4ts (GPS).<\/li><li><strong>Bewegungsfreiheit:<\/strong> Der Richter legt die zul\u00e4ssigen Bereiche und Zeiten f\u00fcr das Verlassen des Gel\u00e4ndes (f\u00fcr Arbeit oder medizinische Behandlung) fest.<\/li><li><strong>Vorteil :<\/strong> Diese Ma\u00dfnahme beugt sozialer Isolation vor und tr\u00e4gt zur Aufrechterhaltung famili\u00e4rer und beruflicher Bindungen bei \u2013 ein entscheidender Punkt f\u00fcr im Ausland lebende Marokkaner, die einer beruflichen T\u00e4tigkeit nachgehen m\u00f6chten.<\/li><\/ul><h3>C.
