La Moudawana a cr\u00e9\u00e9 une proc\u00e9dure judiciaire sp\u00e9cifique pour mettre fin \u00e0 un mariage lorsque le conflit entre les \u00e9poux devient durable et que la vie commune devient intol\u00e9rable. Le Tribunal de la famille n\u2019est pas seulement charg\u00e9 de constater la rupture\u202f; il tente d\u2019abord de pr\u00e9server le lien conjugal, puis tranche les questions financi\u00e8res, la garde et l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat des enfants.\u00a0<\/p><p>Dans l\u2019esprit du Code de la famille, la <a href=\"https:\/\/avocatmarocain.com\/dissolution-du-mariage\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"3289\">\u0625\u0646\u0647\u0627\u0621 \u0627\u0644\u0632\u0648\u0627\u062c<\/a> ne doit intervenir qu\u2019exceptionnellement, en privil\u00e9giant le \u00ab\u202fmoindre mal\u202f\u00bb, car elle menace la stabilit\u00e9 familiale et peut nuire aux enfants.
